The FLD machine is combined with the functions of heating, forming, trimming and products unloading equipment. Suitable for blister pack and industrial tray. Trimming method adapts steel rule die type. Sheet feeding and forming table are AC servo motor driven. Heater is Asano quick response heater. After counting the number, the formed products are discharged by conveyor. Forming table is crank driven by AC servo motor.
